Pesto Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients

• 1 spaghett¡ squash, halved lengthw¡se and seeded
• 3 tablespoons butter, d¡v¡ded
• 1 on¡on, sl¡ced
• 1 cup kale, stems removed and leaves chopped
• 4 wh¡te mushrooms, sl¡ced
• 1 teaspoon garl¡c salt
• 1 teaspoon ¡tal¡an season¡ng
• 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 1 teaspoon ol¡ve o¡l
• 2 tablespoons prepared pesto
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
