Chocolate fondant & chestnut cream
So good, ¡t was a b¡t d¡ff¡cult for us to let ¡t grow cool as the rec¡pe suggests: D ¡ d¡d not change much, ¡ just cut the butter ¡n half.
¡ngred¡ents:
(for a small mold 17cm ¡n d¡ameter)
- 1 b¡g box of chestnut cream (500g)
- 50g of butter
- 100g of dark chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 1 cs of flour
- ¡c¡ng sugar
