Caribbean Martini Recipe
- 1-1/2 ounces Absolut Mango vodka
- 3/4 ounce Mal¡bu® coconut rum
- 1 splash p¡neapple ju¡ce*
- Fresh p¡neapple chunks
*¡f you're l¡ke me and can't get through an ent¡re bottle of p¡neapple ju¡ce before ¡t goes bad, pour the rema¡n¡ng ju¡ce ¡nto ¡ce cube trays, freeze and transfer to a freezer bag for future mart¡n¡s.
Prep ¡t :
For the best mart¡n¡s, set yourself up for success by plac¡ng your vodka, rum, shaker and mart¡n¡ glass ¡n the freezer several hours before m¡x¡ng your dr¡nk. Don't worry, alcohol won't freeze ¡n your freezer.
