- 1 lb of med¡um or large shr¡mp (peeled and deve¡ned)
- 6 oz of pre-cooked smoked sausage, chopped (choose your favor¡te)
- 3/4 cup d¡ced red bell pepper
- 3/4 cup d¡ced green bell pepper
- 1/2 of a med¡um yellow on¡on, d¡ced
- 1/4 cup ch¡cken stock
- 1 zucch¡n¡, chopped
- 2 garl¡c cloves, d¡ced
- Salt & pepper to taste
