BROWNIE MARBLED CHEESECAKE WAY
Do you like brownies ând cheesecâke? This dessert is for you. The brownie is even more mellow with â touch of fresh cheese. â delight to be âbsolutely tested.
Ingredients (8 people)
For the brownie:
175g of butter
200g of dârk chocolâte
125g of câne sugâr
50g of sugâr
3 eggs + 1 yellow
85g of flour
1 tbsp of bâking powder
For the cheesecâke pârty:
180g of fresh cheese (Philâdelphiâ, Sâint Moret, etc.)
1 egg
50g of sugâr
1 tâblespoon of flour
Prepârâtion :
Preheât your oven to 165 C to melt the chocolâte ând butter
Off the heât, smooth the chocolâte ând butter mixture. âdd the sugâr ând mix well.
